I believe that the foundation of effective therapy lies in feeling safe, understood, and supported. That's why I am dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly heard. There is immense healing power in being listened to without criticism, and I believe that in a space where you feel accepted and gently challenged, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
I understand that looking inward and exploring past experiences to uncover long-held truths and patterns can be difficult. However, in the right therapeutic setting—with a compassionate guide to support and hold space for you—healing is not only possible but within reach. My goal is to empower you with the tools, perspectives, and skills needed to process and release what no longer serves you—making room for growth, renewal, and transformation.
To help facilitate this, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and other holistic methods. These modalities allow us to explore your inner world in a way that is both gentle and effective, bringing about clarity and healing on your journey.
